Job Summary:

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer and Lead with strong experience in / to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, microservices, Springboot, and modern development practices.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 – 15 years of hands-on development experience in full-stack web applications using Java along with OR
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Backend:

• Strong programming skills in Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Frontend:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in along with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Redux / Context API for state management.
• Knowledge of component-based architecture and responsive UI design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and /
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams for seamless product delivery.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best coding practices.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Development, Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems and components.
