Role Overview:

Were looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. You will play a key role in identifying, reaching out to, and collaborating with influencers across social media platforms to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research relevant influencers on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok in fashion, lifestyle, and ethnic wear segments.

  2. Reach out to potential influencers and communicate Mirraw's brand story and collaboration opportunities.

  3. Initiate and maintain direct communication with influencers through DMs, emails, or calls.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers through clear, friendly, and persuasive communication.

  5. Assist in negotiating terms and deliverables with influencers.

  6. Track outreach progress and maintain detailed reports on collaborations and performance.

  7. Support the team in creating influencer briefs and reviewing content to ensure brand consistency.

  8. Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing and social media behavior.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  2. Great conversational and convincing abilities, especially in one-on-one influencer outreach.

  3. Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.

  4. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with good follow-up discipline.

  5. Interest in fashion, ethnic wear, and digital marketing is a plus.
