Key Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the installation and maintenance of Instruments and control systems

2.Spares planning and procurement

  1. Preparation and Compliance of effective department working standards & procedures inline

    with Organizations IMS systems requirements.

  2. Knowledge on DCS, PLC and SCADA systems

    5.Knowledge on various Field instruments including analytical instruments

    6.Knowledge on Foundation Fieldbus technology (FF)

    -7.Knowledge on various instrumentation standards like ISA, IEC, BS, IEEE, API, etc.

    8.Knowledge on process interlocks, safety systems and standards

    9.Analytical ability

    10.Knowledge on problem solving techniques

  3. Knowledge on Weights & measures acts.

  4. Ability to identify critical instruments and spares

    13.Skill on budget tracking

    14.Knowledge of local vendors and product range
