Job Title: Statutory Audit Fresher (CA Qualified)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher to join our statutory audit team. This role involves assisting in the examination of financial records and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and IND AS. You will work closely with senior auditors to support the planning and execution of audits and contribute to the preparation of comprehensive audit reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of statutory audits for various clients.
  • Review and verify financial statements and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness against applicable accounting standards (IGAAP, IFRS, IND AS) and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed working papers to document audit procedures, findings, and conclusions.
  • Identify and communicate audit findings, potential control deficiencies, and areas of risk to senior audit staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective audit strategies.
  • Support the preparation of audit reports and ensure proper documentation of all audit processes.
  • Gain familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Excel and audit tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other audit software.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
