Role- Manager Finance

Location- Bangalore 

The Manager - Finance will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all Finance and Accounts activities across all offices. Reporting directly to the founder/Director, the incumbent will be responsible for a range of financial tasks, ensuring the organization's financial health and compliance.  Candidate has to manage finance and accounts of few of family owned companies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Manage all Finance and Accounts end to end activities.

· Oversee Accounting functions, including Sales, Vendors, Cash, Bank, etc.

· Lead the finalization of Accounts.

· Handle Banking & Finance activities, both Funded and Non-funded.

· Manage Credit Control (AR / AP) and Recoveries.

· Oversee MIS and Budgeting processes.

· Utilize working knowledge of MS Office Utilities.

· Utilize working knowledge of ERP (Desirable Skill Set)- Tally ERP

· Oversee future Manpower Management of the finance function & Training

· Prepare performance report Including Monthly & Annual Balance sheets and provisional & final P&L

· Handling taxations (IT, GST, Customs or any other applicable tax) plus Internal & External finance audit & Statutory    compliance

· Manage administrative activities of the company

Qualifications: MBA Finance/CA /M Com with 10 + years of experience at managing finance and accounts of Family Business or Corporate or regional levels
