Role & responsibilities

Compliance Officer (Heathcare)

  • Full knowledge of NHS Framework (UK)
  • Specialized in Nursing / RGNs & AHPs compliance
  • 360 Compliance
  • Excellent communication
  • Highly Flexible
  • Proactive thinking

Experience, Skills & Attributes

Required

  1. Proven track record auditing/vetting documentation accurately
  2. Well Organized and should be able to multitask
  3. Meet deadlines within fast paced environment
  4. Self-motivated even when undertaking repetitive tasks
  5. Proven ability to build relationships with internal or external parties with excellent telephonic and email communication skills
  6. Process driven and keen to ensure efficiencies are achieved
  7. Excellent problem solving skills and able to use own initiative

Attributes

  1. Conscientious and understanding of the importance of accuracy and quality
  2. Enthusiastic, able to engage with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone and video call
