Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Aide, located in Bhopal. The Administrative Aide will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing documents, answering phone calls, and supporting executive-level staff. The role also involves assisting with clerical tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Effective Communication and excellent Phone Etiquette
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document organization and management
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage
