
Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

We're looking for a reliable Office Assistant to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly—handling basic admin tasks, coordinating with teams, and maintaining organized records.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and document formatting in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Manage calls, emails, and messages; greet visitors
- Maintain files (digital & physical), trackers, and inventories
- Schedule meetings, arrange courier pickups, and coordinate with vendors
- Prepare basic reports, invoices, and letters as guided
- Support HR/Accounts with routine office tasks as needed
Must-Haves
- Basic computer knowledge and solid MS Office skills
- Basic English (read/write/speak) and clear communication
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Good to Have (Optional)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace / CRM tools
- Knowledge of Tally or basic accounting entries
- Hindi/Gujarati (or local language) proficiency
