Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth through lead generation, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches on Square Yards' real estate and prop-tech offerings.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Track and analyze metrics—such as conversion rates, pipeline health, and deal closures—reporting to senior leadership.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to sharpen competitive positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; 1–3 years of sales or BD experience in real estate or related fields.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong business acumen, client-focused mindset, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, cold calling techniques, and sales pipeline management is a plus.
