Job Title: Windows / Wintel & Cloud Consultant

Location: Gurugram, India

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience:

  • L2: 6–10 years

    Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) / Azure Administrator / Azure Fundamentals preferred

Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Windows/Wintel & Cloud Consultant to manage enterprise-level Windows infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments. The role involves L2/L3 technical support, performance optimization, automation, and implementation of cloud and virtualization technologies in a global setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced L2/L3 support for Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
  • Manage VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
  • Support and integrate Microsoft Azure and other cloud infrastructure services.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Windows Clustering, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
  • Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and root cause analysis.
  • Handle server builds, patch management, and automation (PowerShell/Scripting).
  • Work on backup, recovery, and storage management solutions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure SLA compliance and service continuity.
  • Provide technical mentorship and support escalation handling for L2/L3 incidents.
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in 24x7 support rotation and after-hours maintenance as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and Cloud (Azure/AWS).
  • Working knowledge of Networking, Firewalls, and Backup Technologies.
  • Expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and Azure Administration.
  • Solid understanding of storage and virtualization architecture.
  • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • ITIL process knowledge preferred.
