Pragati Edible Processing (P) Ltd. was incorporated in 2007. It is a leading FMCG company dedicated to providing high-quality edible products to its consumers. We are manufacturers & exporters of various types of non-basmati rice. It includes White rice (Raw Rice), Steam Rice, Half Boiled Rice (Single Boiled Rice) and Parboiled/Boiled Rice (Double Boiled Rice
Key responsibilities
- Operations and production: Oversee all daily factory operations, implement production plans to meet targets, and monitor production output and processes.
- Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise production staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance.
- Quality and safety: Ensure finished goods meet quality standards and that the factory complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Budget and cost control: Develop and manage the factory budget, control costs, and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Maintenance: Ensure all machinery and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, issues, and improvements to senior management.
- Continuous improvement: Review processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Technical expertise in production processes and equipment
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines
- Education- B.Tech Mechanical
- minimum 7-8 years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
