Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Engineer BMS located in Bengaluru South. The Executive Engineer BMS will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of building management systems (BMS). Key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, performing routine inspections, and ensuring all systems are operating efficiently. The role will also involve coordinating with other engineering teams, implementing system upgrades, and contributing to energy efficiency strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and systems monitoring
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, routine inspections, and system maintenance
  • Strong knowledge in coordinating with engineering teams and implementing system upgrades
  • Understanding of energy efficiency strategies and sustainability practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience working in facility management or a similar field is a plus
