Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager
to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring smooth compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Accounts & Finance Manager will report directly to the
CFO
, providing accurate financial insights to support leadership decisions. The role will involve overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and audits, while driving financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs

  • Apply sound accounting principles to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial operations.
  • Prepare and present monthly P&L reports to the CFO and CEO.
  • Manage cash flows, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and oversee expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as GST, Income-tax Act, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI compliances.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Manage investor relations and ensure timely communication of financial performance.
  • Finalize accounts and draft quarterly and annual financial statements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • CA Inter/IPCC/PCC cleared, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and MS Office applications.
  • Experience in working with ERP software packages and Power BI is preferred.
