About Meltshop Ice Cream:

Meltshop Ice Cream is known for its artisanal, premium ice creams and warm service. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic team members to join our Bandra store and be part of creating delightful experiences for our customers.

Walk-in interview:

MeltShop By Noto Ice Cream Shop 3, Ground Floor, Pali Darshan, 16th Road, Pali Hill, Bandra West, Mumbai

Saturday & Tuesday between 3-6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Scoop and serve ice cream, shakes, and other menu items as per company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving and dining area.
  • Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately.
  • Assist in stock replenishment and daily opening/closing procedures.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in food service/retail is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-service oriented with a cheerful personality.
  • Comfortable with working in 9-hour shifts (rotational).
  • Weekly off will be on Monday; Saturday and Sunday are working days.
  • Punctual, reliable, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹16,808.79 per month
