Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IBR (Indian Boiler Regulation) compliance specialist located in Ahmednagar. The IBR compliance specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing processes meet the standards and requirements set by the Indian Boiler Regulations. Day-to-day tasks will include inspecting equipment, conducting compliance audits, preparing regulatory reports, and coordinating with regulatory bodies. The specialist will also be involved in training staff on compliance procedures and staying updated on regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) and related compliance requirements
• Experience in mechanical or industrial engineering
• Proficiency in conducting equipment inspections and compliance audits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Relevant certifications and experience in boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing are a plus
