Profile Overview :

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pathologist to join our laboratory team in Patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing clinical specimens, interpreting test results, ensuring quality standards, and supporting diagnostic accuracy across our testing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform gross and microscopic examination of samples including histopathology, cytology, and hematology.
• Validate and sign out pathology reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise and guide laboratory technicians in sample processing and quality control.
• Collaborate with clinicians to correlate laboratory findings with clinical conditions.
• Ensure adherence to NABL and other regulatory standards in diagnostic reporting.
• Participate in internal quality audits and proficiency testing programs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• MD in Pathology from a recognized university/institution (mandatory).
• Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI/NMC).
• Strong diagnostic and analytical interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory setup will be an added advantage.
