  • Process Optimization & Efficiency:Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing principles.
  • Quality Assurance:Establish and enforce quality control measures, ensuring all castings meet customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership & Development:Lead, mentor, and motivate foundry staff, including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
  • Safety Management:Develop and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
  • Equipment Maintenance:Oversee the maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance programs for foundry equipment, such as furnaces and molding machines.
  • Inventory Management:Manage the inventory of critical spares to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination:Collaborate with other departments, including sales, engineering, and procurement, to ensure production alignment.
