Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter- Offrole located in Kolkata. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for various roles, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also play a key role in onboarding new hires and handling recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
