Job Description

  • Responsible for promotion and direct sales of KN products in allocated area to existing and new customers to meat individual/ team targets and organization's business objectives.
  • Initiating contact with potential customers for generating enquiries, creating awareness about product features/ applications and developing sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Promotion of new concepts of technology/ new products introduced by the division.
  • Developing strategic technical sales tools/ arguments for different products.
  • Lost order analysis.
  • Forecasting and budgeting of sales for responsible areas/ customers.
  • Resolution of customer complaints.

Education/ Experience

  • Diploma/ Degree in Textiles.
  • Good knowledge in Circular Knitting Technology (preferred).
  • Experience in Knitting Industry preferred.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal English.
