Role & responsibilities :
Coordination among the team
Coordination with TPM consultant
Preparing the activity report to submit for award
To arrange the TPM review on time
Prepare the PPT for all pillars with the coordination of respective pillar heads
Develop, implement, and monitor TPM strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate TPM activities across departments (production, maintenance, quality, EHS, etc.) to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Facilitate Kaizen, 5S, and other improvement workshops to drive operational excellence.
Maintain TPM master plan, progress tracking systems, and regular reporting to management.
10.Train and coach employees at all levels on TPM principles, tools, and practices.
10 Support autonomous maintenance initiatives by empowering operators with basic equipment care skills.
11 Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reviews to ensure TPM standards are sustained.
12 Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
13 Analyze downtime data, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
14 Drive cost-reduction initiatives through improved equipment performance and reduced losses.
15 Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout all TPM activities.
