The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality packaging designs, labels, brochures, banners, and brand communication materials for SDH Naturals. The role focuses heavily on packaging, dielines, and product mockups, with secondary involvement in social media creatives. The designer will work closely with the marketing, R&D, and printing teams to ensure consistent brand identity and production-ready output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create creative packaging designs, label artworks, dielines, and print-ready files for product SKUs.
  • Develop 3D mockups of bottles, jars, boxes, pouches, and product shots for presentations and listings.
  • Design brochures, leaflets, catalogs, standees, and promotional banners for marketing and sales.
  • Prepare high-resolution product renders and assist with Amazon/Shopify marketplace visuals.
  • Ensure correct CMYK profiles, bleed margins, emboss/foil indicators, and coordinate with printers for production.
  • Refresh existing designs; label improvements, variant changes, ingredient graphics, and seasonal edits.
  • Secondary: create social media creatives such as carousel posts, ads, reel covers, and brand templates when required.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PMT teams to maintain a unified brand identity across all design output.
  • Ensure correctness of dimensions, alignment, spacing, typography, and other print standards.
  • Maintain organized project files, versions, and exports for internal teams and vendors.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Any graduate
  • Experience: 1–4 years in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, wellness, nutraceuticals, or packaging-heavy brands.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • CorelDRAW (primary requirement)
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Understanding of dielines and print specifications
  • Experience with 3D mockups / product rendering
  • Basic understanding of social media design principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, spacing, and color accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for working with printers and internal teams.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Figma for layout or UI-style collaboration
  • Basic video or GIF creation
  • Knowledge of materials/finishes like matte, gloss, foil stamping, spot UV, embossing
  • Experience in Amazon / D2C product listing visuals
