Job Title: Senior React Developer 3+ years @ Ahmedabad

We are seeking an experienced React Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end development and a deep understanding of the React ecosystem.

Note: No Work From Home

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience with React, TS, and its ecosystem
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Extensive experience with Redux, React Router, and modern React patterns (Hooks, Context API)
  • Express + Node Experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-performance, reusable React components
  • Lead complex front-end development projects from conception to deployment
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and designers
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
  • Establish best practices and coding standards

Technical Requirements

  • Core Skills:
  • Advanced React TS (Hooks, Context, HOCs)
  • State management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, MobX)
  • TypeScript
  • REST APIs and GraphQL
  • Unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
  • Performance optimization techniques
  • Proficient in interpreting Figma designs and converting them into pixel-perfect, responsive UI.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Express experience is a plus
  • Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Git version control
  • Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Web accessibility standards (WCAG)
