Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Quality Specialist. The Quality Specialist will oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational requirements. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, analyzing data to ensure accuracy, and collaborating with teams to implement quality improvements. Effective communication and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining and enhancing the organization's quality management system.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing processes
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data and optimize quality procedures
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly
• Detail-oriented approach and capability to work within regulatory frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience in a healthcare or medical technology domain is a plus
