Content Analyst

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation, data handling, and reporting.
• Strong internet research and navigation skills to gather accurate information and industry insights efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, grammar, and professional tone.
• Experience in professional email communication, including writing clear, concise, and courteous emails to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand and quality standards.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices (preferred).
• Adaptability and willingness to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and processes.
