Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled F&B Production Associate to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must bring strong culinary expertise and excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect both local and global influences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of multi-cuisine dishes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Support the senior chefs in menu execution, mise-en-place, and kitchen operations.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained in accordance with hotel policies.
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Engage with guests when required, confidently explaining dishes and enhancing their dining experience.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and assist in controlling food costs and wastage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B Production, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
• Strong culinary knowledge across Indian and international cuisines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
