Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Requirements5 -7 years of proven experience in digital marketing Good Understanding about AI, ML or Data Science Industry would be a huge plusImpeccable communicative and writing skillsDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsKnowledge of website analytics tools would be a plus(e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Strong analytical skills and data -driven thinkingUp -to -date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement BenefitsStartup culture(immense scope to learn and grow)Amazing team to work withHealth Insurance for the employeesA lot of freedom to experiment with new things
