We are expanding our design & production team and looking for a
creative intern from Lucknow
who can also attend client meetings when required.

Role Overview

This is a
creative + communication hybrid role
.

You will:

Create graphics, posters, social media creatives

Edit reels, ads, promo videos

Support the team in client meetings (requirement discussion only)

Help in creative presentations for clients

No sales pressure.

No field sales.

Meetings will be scheduled by the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Work

  • Design social media posts, banners, ads
  • Edit reels, shorts, promo videos
  • Support branding & creative campaigns
  • Work with the founder/team on client projects
  • Maintain creative consistency and deadlines

Client Meetings (Occasional)

  • Attend pre-scheduled client meetings in Lucknow
  • Understand client creative requirements
  • Share feedback and notes with the team

Requirements

  • Must be based in
    Lucknow
  • Basic-to-good skills in:
  • Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
  • Premiere Pro / CapCut / VN
  • Social media content editing
  • Good communication skills
  • Presentable personality
  • Should be comfortable attending meetings locally
  • Own transportation (preferred but not mandatory)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience in client communication
  • Creativity + ability to learn quickly

Compensation Structure

  • Monthly stipend:
    ₹3,000 – ₹8,000
    (skill-based)
  • Performance incentives
    on each client you help close
  • No payment per meeting
  • Internship certificate
  • Possibility of full-time job after completion
