About the role:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphics Designer with 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visual content, a keen eye for design, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality visuals that enhance our brand identity and effectively communicate our message.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Create visually appealing illustrations and prints.

·   Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.

·  Assist in maintaining and evolving the company's brand identity through consistent visual elements across platforms.

·   Ensure all designs align with the brand's voice and tone.

·  Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time.

·  Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma to produce high-quality designs.

·   Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

·   Ensure accuracy and quality control for all designs before delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

·   Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·   1-2 years of professional experience in graphics designing.

·   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Canva or Figma is a plus.

·   Understanding of patterns and prints, typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.

·   Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in design across various media.
