Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the development of casting parts e.g. Ex Manifold, Intake manifold, elbow's, Machined components ensuring alignment with Mahindra's Development system and timeline standards.
  • Lead product improvement initiatives, cost reduction projects, and alternate sourcing activities.
  • Address field complaints and implement capacity enhancement solutions for hydraulics components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
Experience

4 to 7 years
