Position: Science Teacher

Department: Academics

Location: School Campus

Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Principal

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher who can make learning engaging, practical, and enjoyable for students. The ideal candidate should be able to explain scientific concepts clearly, conduct experiments safely, and motivate students to explore the world of science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Physics / Chemistry / Biology / General Science as per the curriculum.
  • Handle Olympiad exams
  • 6th to 10th Grade (Middle school and High school)
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical activities.
  • Conduct laboratory sessions while ensuring student safety.
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
  • Prepare students for exams and competitions.
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
  • Maintain student records and academic reports.
  • Encourage curiosity, scientific thinking, and problem-solving skills in students.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Science (B.Sc / M.Sc).
  • B.Ed preferred.
  • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
  • Experience in teaching (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Ability to connect with students of different levels

Work Schedule

  • As per school timing
