About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced AI/ML Engineer to help build the next generation of AI agent systems, LLM-powered workflows, and enterprise-grade automation tools. If you have hands-on experience with LangChain, Mastra, vector databases, and large language model integrations, this role is an excellent fit.

This is not a traditional data science role—it's a high-impact AI engineering position focused on AI agents, prompt optimization, model orchestration, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will:

  • Build intelligent AI agent systems using LangChain, Mastra, or similar agent frameworks
  • Architect multi-agent and multi-step reasoning workflows, including tool calling, guardrails, and automated error handling
  • Design, write, and optimize high-performance prompts for LLM workflows
  • Implement conversational and long-term memory for AI agents
  • Create and maintain RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector
  • Integrate APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and other LLM providers
  • Build evaluation systems, testing frameworks, and performance benchmarking pipelines
  • Monitor deployed agents and continuously improve performance, latency, accuracy, and stability

Required Technical Skills

Must-Have Experience:

  • 2+ years in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with AI specialization
  • Practical hands-on work building AI agents using LangChain, Mastra, or equivalent frameworks
  • Strong programming experience with + TypeScript
  • Expertise in:
  • Multi-step reasoning agent design
  • Tool/Function calling
  • Prompt engineering and optimization
  • Working with LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar
  • Knowledge of agent memory systems (short-term, long-term, context retention)
  • Handling vector databases for RAG pipelines
  • Experience building evaluation and testing systems for agent performance

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

  • Model fine-tuning: LoRA, OpenAI Finetuning, custom model alignment
  • AI observability platforms: LangSmith, Helicone
  • Experience in multi-agent systems
  • Secondary experience in Python
  • Familiarity with NestJS or related backend frameworks
