Role & responsibilities

  • Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for Machining fixtures , HPDC dies, trimming tools, Gauges using Creo.
  • Ensure designs meet GD&T, customer specifications, and manufacturability standards.
  • Make design improvements based on trial feedback, tool life analysis, and production issues.
  • Work closely with tool manufacturing teams for smooth execution of new tool projects.
  • Attending Machining trails for sample approval

Preferred candidate profile

  • Expert-level proficiency in Creo Parametric & Autocad (3D modeling, detailing, assembly management)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium HPDC Process.
