Job Description

Position: Senior Java Developer

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in Core Java, JSP/JSF, Servlets, Hibernate, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.

  • Good knowledge of database operations and back-end services.

  • Solid experience in designing and maintaining web-based/cloud applications.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Familiarity with CRM system integration, Google APIs, and other third-party services (preferred).

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to identify and integrate newer technologies into the Software Development Life Cycle.

  • Proactive and independent, while exhibiting excellent collaboration across teams.

Requirements

  • Graduate/ Diploma holder in any stream

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

  • Understand customer business goals, gather requirements, and prepare clear documentation.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in design, coding, and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with distributed teams to plan, coordinate, and execute project deliverables on schedule.

  • Coordinate with the QA team during the testing phase.

  • Analyze and solve complex business, workflow, and technical issues.

  • Identify and adopt new technologies to enhance the Software Development Life Cycle.

  • Attend client meetings and handle client interactions and communications efficiently.

  • Exhibit proactive problem-solving while maintaining strong collaboration with all teams.
