About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated
Junior .NET Developer
to join our growing development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their career in software development while working on real-world applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Junior .NET Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications using Microsoft technologies. This position is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about coding, eager to learn, and open to working night shifts in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of .NET applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to application design discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0–1.6 years of experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, or .NET Core).
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with databases like SQL Server or similar.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to work in a
    night shift
    and
    hybrid model (3 days onsite in Noida)
    .

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, or LINQ.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
