About the Role
As an SEO Specialist Lead , you'll be the go-to expert for all things SEO—responsible for developing and executing effective strategies across a range of industries and websites. From technical audits to keyword strategy, you'll ensure our digital presence ranks where it matters most: at the top.
This is a full-time, fully remote position offering autonomy, flexibility, and significant room to grow your career.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead holistic SEO strategies focused on long-term organic growth
- Perform technical, on-page, and off-page optimization across multiple websites
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing leads to implement SEO best practices
- Lead ethical and effective link-building campaigns
- Track algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide clear, insightful SEO reports to stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members or freelancers
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify
- Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
