Circular Ecotech is looking for a
Chemical Engineer
to join our growing team developing innovative thermochemical technologies for sustainable material recovery. The role involves designing and optimizing process systems, preparing PFDs and P&IDs, performing mass and energy balance studies, and conducting process simulations to enhance system efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize thermochemical process flow and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Conduct mass and energy balance calculations for startup and steady-state operations.
  • Work on process, equipment, and system design involving heat and mass transfer.
  • Perform simulation studies using tools such as Aspen Plus, COMSOL, or ANSYS.
  • Support reaction kinetics, product yield improvement, and risk assessment studies.

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering
    or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
    working in industry (heat-transfer or thermochemical technology experience is preferred)
  • Proficiency in
    Aspen Plus, AutoCAD, and MS Office
    (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with MATLAB/Python and
    COMSOL/ANSYS preferred.
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and unit operations.
  • Excellent analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
