Position: CREATIVE HEAD

Job Description:

• Oversee end-to-end Creative Direction— from ideation, scripting, and casting to shoot and post-production.
• Have to develop the brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring
• To develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands
• To Manage and mentors a team of creative professionals, including designers, Content writers, Video Editors
• Translates business objectives into innovative creative concepts that resonate with target audiences
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to create innovative, high-performing branded content solutions.
• Measure success and produce reports on how a campaign did, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
• Keep up with industry trends and new technologies to inform and improve creative work.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Should have Min 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in Branding / Design/ Advertising agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent knowledge of all graphic design application software's (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc..)
• In-depth knowledge of design, marketing and advertising concepts
• Strong team player
• A people-person, capable of building strong professional relationships

• Willing to work on Saturday's

Office Location: Kilpauk

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
