Job Description
This is a permanent role with Pre seed funded Enterprise in Fintech domain, a valued client of Grace HR Outsourcing.

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Java Developer
with strong expertise in
Spring Boot
and
Microservices architecture
to join our growing
Fintech team
. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable backend services and APIs that power innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Implement Microservices-based solutions and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) for data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong programming experience in Java
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud
  • Expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience in the Fintech, Banking, or Payment domain preferred

Additional Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday working as per Banking norms)
