Jr. Marketing Executive – Wizpro Group (Pune)

Location: Bramha Boulevard Towers, Camp, Pune (On-site)

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years (No Freshers)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Marketing / Mass Communication / Business / Commerce / related fields

Travel: Candidate must be open to travel for projects, events, and marketing activities.

Job Overview

The Jr. Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Head in executing a wide range of marketing and communication activities.

This role requires strong organisational skills, creativity, and hands-on experience in marketing content creation. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, support campaigns, coordinate events, create marketing materials, and ensure timely execution of all marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing product-specific marketing communication plans.
  • Create and maintain newsletters, brochures, presentations, white papers, emailers, and social media posts as per Wizpro guidelines.
  • Support content creation for internal and external communication.
  • Conduct industry research across Highways, Warehouse, Logistics, Defence, Urban Security, and Smart Mobility sectors.
  • Compile research inputs and assist with market or competitor insight reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Product teams for marketing requirements and communication materials.
  • Track and monitor performance metrics for marketing activities.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, webinars, and product showcases.
  • Ensure all event-related marketing materials are prepared and updated on time.
  • Track and follow up on all marketing tasks and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for design, content, and digital assets.
  • Maintain organised documentation of marketing projects and content versions.
  • Travel as required for events, exhibitions, customer visits, and marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Commerce, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (No Freshers).
  • Strong organisational, research, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent English copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to convert requirements into structured marketing content.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Good to have: Basic graphic design skills for simple creatives and visual content.
