  • Observation and review of actual analysis of food products as per FSSAI and other regulatory bodies.
  • Training & evaluation of new joinee regarding Food testing, documentation and system as per training plan and ISO 17025.
  • Review and verify generated records (raw data and job card) for which the actual testing is done.
  • To make sure all the raw data regarding testing must be online.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of test results.
  • Make sure all the records related to IQC are online at any given point of time as per ISO 17025.
  • Resolve technical challenges for the food wet lab department.
  • Ensure all the glasswares and instruments are calibrated at any given point of time and generate the relevant records.
  • Method development and verification related to the wet food department provided by the department incharge.
  • Generate M.U. of new developed parameters or update existing parameters.
  • Take monthly Update and Implement of any new established method or amended methods.
  • Preparation of audit includes assurance of records and documents are online as per ISO 17025.
  • Review of technical records include environment monitoring records, usage record of equipments, equipment calibration records, intermediate check records, raw data, CRM record, etc.
  • Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times.
  • Ensure the success of all kinds of external audits, internal audits & client audits.

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
