We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support & Data Management Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will assist in providing technical support, managing data, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth IT operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop and technical support to internal users.
  • Assist in system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (hardware & software).
  • Manage and organize data in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Handle data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Perform database updates and assist with SQL queries under supervision.
  • Maintain regular data backups and ensure data recovery procedures are followed.
  • Manage cloud storage tools such as Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Create simple reports and dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
  • Support HR/Admin teams in maintaining employee and operational data.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve IT and data-related issues promptly.

Required Skills:

  • MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data sorting/filtering)
  • Basic SQL knowledge (Select, Insert, Update, Delete, Join)
  • File and Data Management
  • Basic Networking and Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Good Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Attention to Detail and Time Management
  • Familiarity with cloud storage tools (Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Diploma or certification in IT support or data management is an added advantage.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
