Overview The MS Dynamics 365 (PCF Development) role is crucial for organizations looking to enhance their customer relationship management capabilities through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring alignment with business goals. By utilizing your knowledge of both technical development and business processes, you will play an integral part in driving user adoption and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the organization's success. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement custom PCF components for Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure optimal performance and scalability of developed components across different environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCF components and Dynamics 365.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and testing.
  • Integrate PCF components with existing CRM solutions and other Microsoft products.
  • Maintain documentation for developed components and development processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft releases and advancements in Dynamics 365 and PCF.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users.
  • Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within a DevOps environment.
  • Assist in the migration of legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Establish and maintain version control practices for all development work.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years specializing in MS Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience with PCF development and customization in Dynamics 365.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.
  • Solid understanding of C# programming and .NET frameworks.
  • Experience with Azure functions and cloud development.
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework and Web API development.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in software testing, including unit testing and integration testing.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and business processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends.
