Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.).
  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per medical requirements.
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Record and analyze test results accurately.
  • Maintain proper documentation and update lab records.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports for doctors and medical staff.
  • Manage laboratory supplies, stock, and inventory.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting results.
  • Ability to work with modern lab equipment and technology.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent qualification.
