Key Responsibilities

Tax Compliance & Regulatory Filings

* Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.

* Manage advance tax, self-assessment tax, and tax planning for individuals and the organization.

* Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory audits and assessments.

* Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure compliance with the latest regulations.

Organizational Accounting

* Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, and reconciliations.

* Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

* Handle vendor and client reconciliations, invoicing, and payment tracking.

* Ensure compliance with ROC, MCA, and other regulatory bodies (if applicable).

Personal Accounting & Wealth Management

* Maintain records of personal income, investments, expenses, and assets.

* Manage tax planning, filings, and documentation for promoters/founders.

* Track investments across mutual funds, equities, real estate, and other assets.

* Coordinate with banks, investment advisors, and CA firms for smooth execution.

Advisory & Process Excellence

* Provide insights on tax-saving opportunities, investment structuring, and personal wealth management.

* Streamline accounting processes with digital tools/software (Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).

* Prepare MIS reports for management and personal net worth statements for promoters.

* Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
