Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic remote team. This pivotal role will be responsible for bringing our clients' brand stories to life through stunning visuals and engaging video content across all digital and print platforms. You will work closely with our strategists, cinematographers, and marketing specialists to deliver high-impact creative assets that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Video Production & Editing Mastery:

* Lead the video editing process for a diverse range of projects, including corporate videos, social media reels, and live event edits, ensuring high-quality output from raw footage to final delivery.

* Collaborate with cinematographers and directors to conceptualize and execute compelling video narratives.

* Develop and edit engaging content for podcasts, including intros, outros, and visualizers.

* Graphic Design & Visual Branding:

* Design impactful visual assets for various platforms, including LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, and other social media channels.

* Create professional and visually appealing presentations and pitch decks that effectively communicate client strategies and proposals.

* Design high-quality magazine layouts, flyers, brochures, and other print/digital collateral.

* Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all client and internal materials.

* Creative Strategy & Execution:

* Contribute to the overall content strategy, offering innovative visual and video concepts.

* Translate complex ideas and marketing objectives into clear, compelling visual stories.

* Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices to ensure cutting-edge deliverables.

* Tool Proficiency & Workflow:

* Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

* Show advanced skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

* Proficiency in user-friendly design tools like Canva for rapid content creation and client-facing templates.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high attention to details.

*Making engaging presentations and advanced presentations .

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional video editing skills.

* Demonstrable experience in corporate video making, reels, pitch decks, and social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram posts).

* Expertise in graphic design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).

* Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

* Experience with live event editing and podcast visual/audio elements is a significant plus.

* A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

* Strong communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
