Role Overview:
As a Software Developer at Devpratik Developers, you will work in an entrepreneurial environment, where your role will evolve and expand beyond typical software development tasks. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our products, tools, and infrastructure, and your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and success. We are looking for someone with the versatility to work on both hardware and software, from building mobile apps to developing backend systems, and who has a strong desire to be part of a tech-driven startup.

In this role, you will be expected to not only develop software but also think like an entrepreneur, helping to build a business from the ground up with an ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Platform Mobile App Development:
  Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Nativefor iOS and Android.
• Front-End Development:
  Create dynamic, user-friendly web applications with Familiarity with Shadcn is a plus.
• Hardware and Software Integration:
  Work on both software development and hardware-related projects. This includes developing tools and systems that bridge the gap between hardware and software.
• Product Development and Network Infrastructure:
  Design and build innovative infrastructure tools, automation scripts, GIS systems, and solutions for telecommunication (Asterisk/EPBX) systems.
• Automation and Scraping:
  Write automation scripts and implement web scraping techniques to increase productivity and streamline processes.
• Collaborative Growth:
  Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative tech solutions and tools in the real estate and construction industries.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset:
  Help shape and scale a tech startup, bringing fresh ideas and long-term vision to the table.
• Flexible Role:
  Be open to taking on multiple roles within the tech space—from development to hardware integration to product design.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong React Native Knowledge:
  Experience with developing cross-platform applications using React Native.
• Front-End Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of and other JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with Shadcn is a bonus.
• Backend and Infrastructure:
  Experience with backend technologies, APIs, databases, and tools that drive infrastructure.
• Hardware Integration:
  Interest or experience in integrating hardware with software systems.
• Problem-Solving Mindset:
  Ability to approach challenges from a solutions-oriented, entrepreneurial perspective.
• Automation and Scraping:
  Experience or interest in automation scripting and web scraping for data collection and process optimization.

Salary:
