Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QC Chemist to lead analytical testing activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality standards for raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and supervise analytical testing of RM/PM, in-process, and finished products as per pharmacopoeial methods (IP/BP/USP/EP).
  • Independently handle HPLC, UV, dissolution, FTIR, and other advanced analytical instruments.
  • Review and verify test results, COAs, and ensure documentation accuracy as per WHO-GMP standards.
  • Prepare and review STPs, SOPs, specifications, and analytical reports.
  • Conduct stability studies, impurity profiling, and method validation/verification.
  • Ensure calibration, qualification, and routine maintenance of QC instruments.
  • Investigate deviations, and support CAPA implementation.
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, and Warehouse for timely sampling and release.
  • Guide and train junior chemists and analysts on analytical techniques and GMP compliance.
  • Maintain a compliant laboratory environment with proper GLP, GDP, and safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time
