Oracle Fusion Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of overall Cloud Implementation Experience 3+ years of experience administering OCI and OIC Experience in at least one full life cycle implementation of OCI and OIC services
• This role requires strong collaboration skills with cross functional teams in a continuously evolving environment
• Lead the adaptation of the Oracle ERP system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives
• Set up and tailor the ERP system to meet specific organizational needs and workflows
• Maintenance of the ERP system to ensure smooth operation to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of ERP data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Provide training and support to end-users, promoting user adoption and proficiency in utilizing the ERP system
• Manage user accounts, roles, and privileges within Oracle Fusion applications
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with IT staff to ensure seamless integration of applications
• Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches
• Provide on-call support as needed for critical system issues
• Stay up to date with industrys best practices and emerging technologies related to Oracle Fusion
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, OCI services, and architecture. Proficiency in OCI administration tasks, including user management, resource provisioning, and networking configuration.
• Hands on expertise in with Oracle Integration Cloud, IDCS, ATP and other OCI resources.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Deep understanding of CI/CD, SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies and
• Application Server Life Cycle Management Ability to lead other functional leads through the different project phases.
• Exceptional and advanced English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations) Desire to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware technology stack, Oracle Database, and related tools.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements related to Oracle SaaS ERP. This includes implementing role-based access controls, managing user permissions, and ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of networking principles and experience in designing and implementing cloud networking solutions on OCI. This includes knowledge of virtual cloud networks (VCNs), subnets, security lists, load balancers, and VPN connections

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Latest) Certified Architect Professional or similar
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
