Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Maintain smooth, end-to-end city operations
- Handle partner escalations and ensure top-tier service quality
- Retain existing and onboard new partners to help scale operations
- Drive metrics across Service Delivery, Revisit, Earnings, and Utilization
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, CX, Finance, etc.) to solve city-specific issues
- Conduct performance reviews, trainings, and solve for partner quality
