Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher at Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd., located in Mumbai. The role involves learning and providing support in areas such as insurance operations, claims review, documentation.The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and assist in maintaining records and documentation, contributing to the delivery of exceptional client services.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with client interaction capabilitie.
  • Basic understanding of or eagerness to learn insurance processes and related tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and show adaptability
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, or related fields) or relevant qualifications.
  • Comfortable working at clients/insurers premises.

Flexible in shift timings as per the process demands, (if may required).
